Julian Ware-Lane supports the rights of people with a learning disability
Julian Ware-Lane,
Labour Parliamentary Candidate for Castle Point, joined learning disability charity Mencap in calling for all political parties
to work to protect the rights of people with a learning disability. By signing Mencap’s pledges, Julian Ware-Lane is
showing their support for:
- Equal citizenship for disabled people - More opportunities for employment - Equal access to health care - An end to hate crime - More support for families and carers - There are almost
one million adults with a learning
Julian Ware-Lane commented: "With lifelong commitment to fairness and equality
it was easy to pledge support for Mencap's work. I want all people, regardless of their abilities, to be treated with
respect and valued for what they can contribute."
